The organisation respects all clients privacy, all personal information collected by www.ultimate4wdtraining.com.au is protected by the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988.

Personal information supplied to the RTO will only be used for administration purposes and record-keeping as part of the organisations status.

If requested by an employer, attendance and assessment results will be forwarded.

Staff conducting the course will receive relevant information such as the client's name, vehicle make, and mobile phone number.

Security of information

Our web environment, internal network, and databases are protected from unauthorised access using current technologies.

You should be aware that there are inherent risks associated with the transmission of information via the Internet.

Emails and forms

We will record your email address:

        • if you send us a message

        • if you register to receive a reminder from the calendar of events
