Ultimate
4WD Training ensures that clients have access to a fair and
equitable process for dealing with complaints and provides an avenue
for clients to appeal against decisions made by the Ultimate 4WD
Training. Every effort is made by our organisation to resolve our
clients complaints.
For this
purpose, the CEO is identified to our clients as the reference
person for such matters. In addition, the appeals and complaints
process as a whole is made known to the our clients at the time of
enrolment.

Where a
complaint cannot be resolved internally, our organisation advises
our clients of the appropriate body where they can seek further
assistance.
