Training

Ultimate 4WD Training will ensure that a cross section of the community has equitable access to participation and involvement in the benefits of training & assessment. This is achieved by using a non-discriminatory selection process, allowing all members of the community access to our training and assessments.

At the time of enrolment, clients will be informed that assistance can be offered to any person with literacy or language problems that may hinder successful completion of the course.

During training sessions, if a trainee has any difficulties, the trainer should be informed of the situation. If a situation occurs that the situation is not satisfactorily resolved, the CEO should be contacted by the client.

Ultimate 4WD Training provides both clients & staff with a safe & healthy working environment, which is also free from victimisation, bullying, discrimination and/or harassment of any kind. To keep up to date with current legislation Ultimate 4WD Training will regularly monitor the appropriate websites.
